Growing up in Clarksburg Ontario she had spent many of her after school hours in her Grandparents’ Pharmacy; always in and around the nature of healing and understanding dis-ease and ailments. After spending 16 years living in Toronto: studying Psychology, Sociology and Criminology at the University of Toronto, starting a family and then working for Porsche and Audi; failing health quickly helped her realize it was time to move back home to a healthier lifestyle. She then started to further her studies and opened a fitness studio to do Personal Training and teach fitness classes to clients. Her own need to heal both emotionally and physically prompted even more studies, and travels (Egypt, Peru and Trinidad) which then led to the creation of handcrafted proprietary blends, formulated from the wisdom found in her Grandparents’ Pharmacology textbooks and handwritten notes of methodologies.  

“I believe in functional medicine and the need to address the whole person not just an isolated set of symptoms.  Genetic predispositions as well as internal (mind, body and spirit) and external (physical and social environment) factors are important to discover when helping a client to understand it is essential that they make a commitment to their own healing.  As an alchemist I use very 'old school' methods including the cycles of the moon, and choosing herbs and minerals (based on their energetics and specificity to their correlation to body region and organs) to compliment and increase the effectiveness of each rendering.  As a healing facilitator I use purposeful intention of my own as well as Reiki and Crystal Energies to custom blend individual single batch health care and healing products.”
